Solid Cedar construction.
Traditional shellac finish.
Five smooth functioning hand-dovetailed drawers
Turned cedar handles complete with wooden screws.
Original brass drawer locks and escutcheon inserts.
New hardwood drawer runners to all drawers.
Original turned Cedar legs.

Another very functional set from the Victorian era. All drawers are structurally sound, have been re-nailed and glued where required, sit straight and open and close smoothly. The external cedar surfaces have some distressed features consistent with age and the original backboards are in good order also (Last image).
