A8081 – Large Victorian Cedar Two Drawer Two Door Cabinet. Circa 1870. Beautifully restored, French polished and retainng all of its character and charm, this huge old sideboard boasts.

Two seamlessly functioning, hand dovetailed Cedar top drawers
Original cast brass drawer pulls.
Original Victorian twist and lock brass door knobs (fully functional).
Two door cupboard below secured on the original brass hinges
Thick central shelf.- load-bearing for heavy items.
A traditional shellac hand French polish finish.
Grand profile with generous storage capacity.

Another rare cabinet from the Victorian era. Originally it would have included a large glass diplay case above. Loads of storage space. The original drawers and doors are structurally excellent, sit straight and flush and function perfectly (smooth and quiet). The external cedar surface are in very good original condition with no cracks, splits or major dents. Original backboards complete. This is a very large and heavy piece (>80kg) and will require two strong people to take it away (Trolley required).
